Taking new projects — 2026

We build simple tools that solve real problems.

Websites, dashboards, AI automation, and AI support — grounded in how you actually work. Tell us the problem in plain English; the first working version lands in days.

Less manual chasing. No six-month projects.

What we offer

Five ways Talora helps.

From a site that earns trust to a tool that runs your day — each one starts with a problem told in plain words.

01

Websites

A site that makes a small business look like it has a design team. Handcrafted, fast, live at your own address — like the one you're reading.

02

Dashboards & trackers

One screen that shows the truth: who's doing what, what things cost, what's overdue. No more spreadsheets nobody updates.

03

AI automation

Reminders, follow-ups, and busywork that run on their own — with AI handling the judgment calls a simple rule can't.

04

AI support

An AI assistant that knows your business — it answers your customers' and your team's questions from your own documents, instantly, in plain English.

05

Custom tools

When off-the-shelf apps stop short, a small tool built exactly to how you work — nothing extra, nothing missing.

The latest build

Team Task Dashboard

A team kept losing track of who was doing what — half of them working in a second language. This is what fixed it.

The Team Task Dashboard: a board with Not Started, In Progress, and Stuck columns, team members in a sidebar, and a language toggle.
1

Three honest statuses. Not started, in progress, or stuck — the board always matches reality.

2

One tap, two languages. The whole dashboard flips, so nobody works from a translation.

3

Late work flags itself. "Overdue 2d" appears on the card before it becomes a problem.

How we work

Four steps from problem to working tool.

You don't need a spec, a wireframe, or any technical vocabulary. You need a problem you're tired of.

01

Tell us the problem

In plain words — "my team forgets tasks," "things keep slipping." We listen to how your day actually runs.

02

See it working in days

A real, clickable version — not sketches or slide decks. We look at it together and adjust until it feels right.

03

Launch it live

Your tool goes on the web at its own address, ready for you and anyone you share it with.

04

Keep improving

We watch where people get stuck, fix what's confusing, and keep polishing until it fits your day.

A note from the builder

Software should make your day easier — not add to it.

Most software projects fail because nobody can say, in one sentence, what the tool is for. We build the opposite way: one problem, one tool, shipped fast, improved every week. We usually start with the one workflow that hurts most, fix that, and expand only once people use it daily.

If your day has a bottleneck, describe it to us. You'll get a straight answer about whether we can fix it — and what it would cost — before anything gets built.

Common questions

Before you reach out.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

Not at all — that's exactly who we build for. Tell us what's slow or annoying in plain words, and we handle everything technical. You never touch code or settings.

What does a project cost?

It depends on the size of the tool. A small, focused build costs less than you'd expect, and you get a straight answer on price before anything gets built — no surprises.

How long does it take?

You see a real, working version in days — not months. Then we adjust it together and put it live on the web when you're happy with it.

Can you work with what I already use?

Usually, yes. We keep what already works and build around it, adding a custom piece only where the tools you have stop short.
